All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by India law.

  2.  Your Taxes, Your Problem -  If your country loves to tax your invoices — that’s on you. Aarumatic won’t get involved with your local tax drama. We expect full invoice payment — zero deductions, zero excuses.
  3. We Deliver Vibe, Not Guarantees - We commit to giving our best, on time and on brand. But this isn’t a blood contract — we don’t guarantee results. You can’t drag Aarumatic into your end-user drama. If your client complains, don’t bring us into the courtroom. 
  4. You Got a Problem? Prove It. Fast - Got a real issue? No problem — but no ghost complaints. Send it in writing to our HQ via recorded delivery. within 8 days of receiving the goods. No paperwork, no reaction. 
  5. Respect the Brand. Protect the Aura - By doing business with Aarumatic, you're aligning with a premium, no-BS brand. Don’t water that down with weak claims, shady tactics, or drama. We’re here to deliver fragrance that performs — not play legal ping-pong
